Refund Policy
Effective Date: 10/07/25
This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds, cancellations, and other related matters for all services and products offered by Equafusion ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services or purchasing any products, you (the "client") acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity for both parties regarding refund eligibility and processing.
1. General Terms
This Policy applies to all services rendered by Equafusion, including but not limited to website development, automation tools, branding, hosting facilitation, API integrations, and consultation.
Refunds are not automatic and are subject to evaluation based on service status, work delivered, client cooperation, and third-party constraints.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Before Work Begins: Full refund possible if no work has commenced and no resources have been committed.
After Work Has Started: Partial refund may be issued after deducting hours spent, tools purchased, and work delivered.
Project Delays by Client: If the client delays the project beyond 15 days with no communication, Equafusion reserves the right to pause or cancel the project. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Cancelled Mid-Project (Client or Equafusion): If the client cancels a project after partial or full work has been done, Equafusion will evaluate completed portions and deduct applicable charges. No full refunds will be issued. If Equafusion initiates the cancellation due to internal operational or strategic reasons (excluding client misconduct or breach), a fair refund will be offered based on the percentage of undelivered work. A written explanation will be provided to the client in such cases.
If Cancelled by Equafusion (Independent Clause): In rare cases where Equafusion finds it necessary to cancel a project due to internal conflicts, changes in business direction, or external uncontrollable circumstances, we will notify the client promptly. In some situations, a full refund may be issued; however, in cases where third-party services (such as hosting, domains, or licensed software) have already been procured or labor has been utilized, appropriate deductions will be made. A proportional refund will be calculated based on the undelivered work and any remaining balance after third-party or operational expenses. If any intellectual property or partially completed files can be legally transferred, they will be shared with the client. Equafusion will not be liable for any consequential losses, revenue impacts, or third-party delays arising from such cancellation.
3. Non-Refundable Items
All digital products sold by Equafusion — including but not limited to website themes, plugins, code bundles, or licensed software — are strictly non-refundable due to their downloadable and intangible nature. Physical products, if any, may be eligible for a full refund only upon return in unused and original condition within a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to our return approval process. Additionally, the following are non-refundable: domain names, hosting, third-party tool licenses, premium themes or plugins purchased for the client, payment gateway or transactional fees, any consultation or strategy sessions once conducted, and any custom-coded elements, proprietary API integrations, or licensed content. Services explicitly labeled as "non-refundable" during the quotation or contract phase are also excluded from refunds.
5. Time-Based Plans or Subscriptions
Equafusion Plus is a premium membership service available on a monthly or annual basis, offering access to exclusive tools, support, and services. Once a billing cycle has commenced, the membership fee is non-refundable, regardless of the extent of use. However, clients can cancel their membership at any time, ensuring that no further billing takes place from the next cycle onward. While Equafusion may update the features, benefits, or pricing of this service periodically, continued usage implies acceptance of such updates. Third-party tools or platforms offered under the Equafusion Plus membership are governed by their respective providers’ policies and are also non-refundable. Additionally, any monthly or yearly maintenance, support, or retainer plans fall under the same non-refundable rule after the billing cycle has started. Clients are advised to cancel auto-renewals prior to the start of the next billing period to avoid being charged.
6. Service Refusal & Ineligibility
Equafusion reserves the right to refuse a refund or terminate service in specific circumstances. These include misuse, unauthorized resale, or tampering with any delivered product or service. If a client violates our Terms of Use, engages in abusive behavior toward our team, or disrupts the project environment, Equafusion holds the discretion to cease the engagement without refund. Furthermore, if a refund is requested after significant work has already been delivered, or if the client bypasses direct communication and files payment disputes through banks or platforms, the client forfeits any refund eligibility.
7. Refund Processing
Full refunds are issued by Equafusion once approved. Standard processing time is 7–14 business days, and in rare cases — such as high demand periods, operational delays, or unforeseen challenges — this may extend up to 15–20 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method, or in specific cases, transferred directly to the client’s verified bank account.
9. Third-Party Dependencies
Equafusion integrates or relies on a variety of third-party services to deliver client solutions. These include but are not limited to domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways, external APIs, licensed software tools, and email delivery systems. In case any such third-party services experience outages, errors, or limitations, Equafusion shall not be held liable. Refunds or compensations cannot be issued for interruptions or failures caused by these providers. However, if Equafusion has directly purchased and managed these third-party services on the client's behalf under a service package, only then a limited responsibility may be considered based on contract terms.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated occasionally to align with service modifications, regulatory shifts, or operational changes. Clients are encouraged to regularly review the latest version published on our official website. By continuing to use our services after any such updates, clients indicate their acceptance of the revised policy terms in full.
For any clarification or to initiate a refund request, please contact us our support team with your project ID and all relevant details.
If a client cancels a project after formal acceptance or agreement, an exit convenience fee will be deducted from the total project payment. This fee accounts for allocated resources, blocked schedules, and pre-engagement operations. For full details, clients are advised to refer to the Equafusion Schedule of Charges.
